REQUIREMENTS (Click Here to view CONTRACT)

INSTRUMENT: Grand piano, tuned before the concert or performance. The artist's preferences are Steinway B, Steinway D or Yamaha C7-F. No uprights or digital pianos, please.

RETAINER FEE:  A mutually agreed-upon sum, payable by personal or corporate check, to be received at least one month prior to performance.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:  Two nights for one performance. For a solo performance, travel accommodations for two. For a trio performance, hotel and travel accommodations to be provided for another two musicians.

AIR TRAVEL:  For performance venues beyond a one hundred and fifty mile radius of Raleigh, NC

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:  Car, limo, or van transport between hotel and performance(s) venues; pick-up and drop-off at airport.  

MONETARY COMPENSATION:  Send an e-mail with a description of the event’s concept. Include (when available) location, room size, number of guests, and performance dates and times. Be sure to include your name and phone number so that our coordinator can contact you.

OTHER: Bottled water to be available before and after performances.
